Presumably due to the current state of the world.

Maximum Gold has been pushed back a month roughly, with its Official Tournament Store release now on November 12th, 2020.

And its more general launch date (and legal for events date) is November 13th, 2020.

Event will be held in at least Europe on October 31st and November 1st, 2020.

Quick-Play Spell Card
Target 1 Beast, Beast-Warrior or Winged Beast monster you control; Special Summon 1 Beast, Beast-Warrior or Winged Beast monster from your hand, in Defense Position, with a different name and with ATK less than or equal to that monster, but its effects are negated until the end of this turn, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of the turn, except Link Monsters. You can only activate 1 “Tri-Brigade Airborne Assault” per turn.

And the playmat and Field Center Card are of Yuto’s new ace monster.
